I’ve been very fortunate to to work to work for some excellent companies in a wide variety of hospitality outfits. After spending eight years in Downtown Disney, Anaheim I left the GM role to move over to House of Blues and held the GM role at Dallas and New Orleans after opening Houston in 09. Leaving the entertainment side of the business to relocate my family home, I met a dynamic group that was new to the restaurant business and we’ve grown our casual Mexican concept to 7 current locations with plans to reach 20 in 5 years.
