Provide maintenance support to the facility. This involves a number of different plants operating in various shift patterns, including continuous operation.Provide leadership to all Maintenance personnel. Ensure the Asset Management Practices are followed at the site.Lead and mentor the Maintenance Team leaders, and their teams, by providing support, guidance and resources. Lead in the ongoing development of a “best practice” maintenance culture across the site.Ensure the contracted maintenance activities occur in line with the performance based KPIs.Lead the team in ensuring that all HSE practices and outcomes are achieved.
