Commercial Project: O'Reilly Auto Parts/Auto Repair Property, Mentor, OHAll work performed by the group, no subcontracting, from the selective demo of the existing suite to the finished product. Areas of focus included the estimating and scheduling of the excavation, concrete, brick work, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and a specialty item: vehicle lift.

• Residential Project: 1,500 square ft. single family home built from the ground up capstone project based on home in Williamson County, TN, took-on role as general contractor. All work was performed by the group of four individuals from excavation to finished product. In the project, I estimated and scheduled the excavation, concrete, brick work, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and all electrical fixtures. Also, we collaborated on creating a business biography and bid package that was presented to the owner for review and consideration. Personal growth was gained in project management skills, estimating, scheduling, and leadership.

MCAA Project: Apartment complex and the work assigned was the removal and demolition of three existing chillers, associated equipment and piping, and the installation of (3) 900 ton Centrifugal chillers and cooling tower, including associated equipment and piping.Participated in the MCAA 2019 Student Competition as Safety Team Leader with twenty two members as a whole, and six members within a smaller safety group. Developed a tailored safety plan for the project based on an apartment complex located a 10 S. 321 8th Ave. New York. Mentored those within my group on how to write a proper and comprehensive safety plan, as well as, creating a critical lift plan and the process such as reading load charts, determine the type of crane needed.
