Glenn is a Leadership and Learning Consultant who works towards developing teachers and school leaders to create diverse and collaborative learning environments. He utilizes evidence-based instructional approaches to build leadership capacity among leaders. Glenn currently leads projects with the Victorian Academy of Teaching and Leadership and The Professional Learning Institute in Tasmania to develop leadership programs for emerging and middle leaders. As a learning designer, Glenn has worked alongside educational leaders such as Tracey Ezard and Dylan Wiliam to create online professional learning courses on leadership, formative assessment, and Cognitive Load Theory.With vast experience developing and facilitating professional learning programs based on High Impact Teaching Strategies, Glenn has held several positions, such as Head of Department, Learning Leader, and Senior School Leader in Catholic regional schools across Victoria. He has also worked with the Academy of Interactive Entertainment to deliver game design programs using Unreal Engine. Glenn loves working with teachers to enhance pedagogy, improve digital technology efficacy in the classroom, and promote meaningful assessment and feedback. Currently pursuing a Master of Educational Leadership at Australian Catholic University, he is passionate about building positive change cultures in schools.
