As a Sales Engineer, I leveraged my technical expertise to offer innovative solutions to a range of industries including automotive, food production and water/wastewater. My ability to bridge the gap between complex technology and practical applications allowed me to foster strong relationships with clients and drive sales.4 successful years later I transitioned to a Sales Management role collaborating closely with colleagues, I provided strategic direction and focused on expanding our market presence which extended nationwide, positioning ifm Australia as a key player.In 2018 my responsibilities evolved as I assumed the role of National Product & Brand Manager which allowed me to work closely with our customer base providing technical advice and building a deep-seated knowledge base. I also played a pivotal role in streamlining product returns processes ensuring quick and responsive outcomes for our valued clients.I embrace a holistic approach to business with marketing teams to create content including advertorials, editorials, videos and industry whitepapers which reinforces brand credibility.Exhibitions and trade events became a cornerstone of our brand exposure strategy with approximately 32 events nationwide annually. From meticulous planning to trade booth design and seamless execution, I contributed to the success of these high-profile events. As a brand ambassador, I worked closely with marketing teams, aligning our messaging and ensuring consistent communication across channels.
