I help companies to improve productivity and achieve manufacturing excellence by sharing my knowledge and experience from 22 years as a student of the Toyota Production System [TPS]. I Have been taught by the highest level of Toyota Advisors in both the U.S. and Japan. My main role at Toyota was to implement strong "Toyota"​ Total Productive Maintenance [TPM] systems. With the goal of continuously improving plant operation rates, and thereby improve the plant's safety, quality, and cost.I am a trainer of many of the TPS principles and practices. These include: Toyota Culture, Teamwork,5S, Root Cause Analysis, Jidoka, Continuous Improvement, 5 Why's, Genchi Genbutsu, Hoshin Kanri, Kaizen, Manpower Savings, Jishuken, Muda, Muri, Skill Development, Pokayoke, etc. The training is typically a mix of classroom and Gemba. And is valuable for employees from upper management to maintenance/production team members.
