Glenn builds up his people; he provides them with the constructive feedback that they need to know in order to grow personally and professionally, and he has such a strong understanding of the way people work, as well as the high-level clarity needed to understand what every situation requires in order for the project or team to come out successful. Glenn has a distinct effect on those around him in the sense that he creates a safe space for people to build their skills and learn new things. His leadership qualities are something that I actively think about in my everyday work as a guiding beacon because I see the way that people gravitate towards him and rely on him when they are struggling or if they're ready to take that next step. Perhaps I am biased when it comes to recommending Glenn, but I would challenge that because that bias was borne out of repeated positive experiences and even though we do not work together anymore, I still find myself reaching out to him regularly to tell him about situations where his advice and mentorship were what allowed me to come out ahead. I cannot recommend Glenn enough, but I do know that I would jump at any opportunity to work with him again and any team would be lucky to have him."
