Glenn has responsibility for using data to improve the lives of patients and team members at UVA Health. Through the processes of curation, analysis and discovery he serves customers from across the enterprise, including clinical, financial and research stakeholders. Glenn specializes in using analytics and AI to transform businesses by focusing not just on analysis but how information is delivered to decision makers and measuring how it influences outcomes. He directs the Enterprise Data Operations team, the Enterprise Analytics team, the Data Science group and the Data visualization team.

Responsible for the design and development of WSRF.NET, a .NET architecture for pooling distributed compute and data resources using a standards-based Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). As principal architect, I provided a unique, C# annotation-based programming environment for standards-compliant, database-backed web services that was fully integrated with Microsoft Visual Studio.Responsible for design and development of .NET policy-based web services for (re)configuring organizations with multiple centers of authority.
