Since then my team and I have established ourselves as Ashford's premier letting agent managing a sizeable portfolio for landlords based in many countries across the globe. As an experienced Landlord of over twenty five years, I fully understand the economics of property ownership and my wealth of experience in this field has enabled Martins to develop a growing portfolio in Folkestone and Maidstone as well as Ashford, Canterbury and Faversham, MRL are looking to develop their business interests throughout Kent and have clients with property in the Capital where their our attention to detail and customer care has served us well alongside the faceless corporate agents. In recent years I have been able to share my time equally between sales and lettings having established a solid team within the letting department and this has further enhanced Martins Estates ability to provide an unrivalled independent approach to property sales, lettings and management.
