While at Blackstone, I co-managed the IPO of La Quinta Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: LQ) in April 2014 raising ~$750mm and simultaneous $2.35bn refinancing culminating a nearly year-long process of dual-track sale and IPO. Continuing Member of the Board of Directors of CorePoint Lodging (NYSE: CPLG) following the sale of La Quinta brand and management to Wyndham Worldwide.

Prior to Opterra, Glenn spent 20 years at Blackstone Real Estate, one of the largest buyers, sellers and managers of commercial real estate in the world with Assets Under Management of $111.3 billion. He has significant experience in financing, asset management, valuation, and dispositions of real estate, having personally handled over $4 billion of hotel asset sales. Most recently, Glenn was Head of Global Portfolio Management and led the Asset Management of Blackstone Real Estate hotel investments in the US (ex. public and large platform deals) with direct responsibility for:• Global Valuation Process, Internal & External Reporting, Data Mining and Aggregation, and Portfolio Company Integration for one of the most significant portfolios of Real Estate assets globally. Led global team with offices in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America with direct reporting lines to head of Blackstone Real Estate and Chief Financial Officer of Blackstone;• US, Canada, and Carribean Full Service Hotel portfolio representing TEV in excess of $5 billion (>50 hotels, >20,000 rooms, >27 states);• US Select Service Hotel portfolio representing TEV in excess of $4 billion (>200 hotels, >20,000 rooms, >30 states);• Former Board Member of privately held Motel 6 and involvement in Extended Stay America investment before IPO
