I am honored to have been asked to join NCMEC and serve as a Subject Matter Expert in cellular / computer forensics and analysis. They are an amazing organization and I'm proud to be able to help with their mission of protecting children.

Chief Technical Officer - PATCtech. Oversee all training, course materials, forensic examinations, expert witness testimony and software / hardware testing.

As a faculty instructor, I was tasked with planning and developing courses of instruction in the Computer Information Security division. I designed and implemented a total of 3 classes focusing on computer forensics taught at the college level. The three classes, Computer Forensics (Which teaches the theory of forensics.) Digital Forensics (Which teaches the basics of hands on recovery of data.) and Digital Forensics II (Which covers the automated recovery of data.) were implemented and are now required courses for the CIS degree program. After implementing the aforesaid classes I then began to teach Network Intrusion Detection. This course focuses on networking security protocols, encryption, cryptography, firewalls, VPN's, and many more aspects of network and data security. When I retired from the PA State Police I also had to terminate my position at WCCC since the college paid into the PA State Retirement System (SERS). I left in good standing and still have a close relationship with many of the people at the college, including Dean Nelson who was the Dean of Computer Technology and Business.

South Western Pennsylvania

After investing in Real Estate and Rental Properties for a while it finally got to a point where I could not do it alone. Luckily I was able to involve some very good friends and start DRE. We invest in property, update them and then use them as rentals.DRE currently owns several commercial and residential properties. We have been successful enough that we now have a full time staff to include a property manager and a maintenance person. This has allowed DRE to expand into rental management. Since we have a full time staff in place we are able to assist rental property investors by renting and managing their properties along with our own.

Assigned to the BCI - CCU and was responsible for conducting investigations using technical devices, including cell phone forensics, cell phone tracking, computer forensics, and proactive child pornography investigations. Designed and implemented the computer forensics program at WCCC. The program was so successful it was subsequently added as a necessary component of the CIS degree program.

Designed, implemented and taught numerous classes for the Computer Information Security division including computer forensics, digital forensics, computer security and more.
