Planned and orchestrated the data-center move of all client data from San Jose-based Intacct Corporation to RealPage's data centers. This included the building out and testing of server farms, contingency and disaster recovery planning, a sizeable re-coding effort to allow the product to exist in multiple data centers, and coordination of existing systems integrations with the RealPage family of products. The move was a success with no reported issues.Hired, trained, and led the development and QA teams.
