Executive Recruiting Specialist
INDUSTRIES: FINANCE, IT, HEALTH CARE, AND RETAIL•Started from level 3 recruiter and currently at level 4 (Team POC).•Recruits Full Stack Software Engineers, Mid level to Principal. Sourcing candidates with experience with modern technologies like Java, AWS, Azure, Angular, React, Spring, Spring boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, etc.• Recruits Customer Service Representatives, looking for CSR with years of experience in the field.•Sources resumes of qualified candidates for specific job orders, using job boards, applicant tracking systems, company websites, etc.•Conducts phone interviews to pre-screen candidates, verifying their qualifications, availability and compensation requirements; documents these interviews.•Sets up interviews between candidates and hiring managers.•Is involved in recruiting passive candidates, through phone calls, emails, and general relationship-building.•Makes recommendations on additional candidate pools and recruiting techniques, after evaluating market conditions.
