The Engineering/Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Specialist has responsibilities in several key areas of Ingevity working with Corporate Engineering and SHE Teams. This role is responsible for driving key Engineering and SHE aspects of the capital project program forward for projects being planned and implemented across the company. The Engineering/SHE Specialist is also responsible for administering a comprehensive SHE program designed to eliminate injuries and occupational illnesses, ensure environmental compliance, and to advance cultural change at our headquarter (HQ) locations. These include the Ingevity Technical Center (ITC), and Innovation Center (IC) which include a number of laboratories, R&D facilities, and offices.

This role was part of the unit leadership group supporting business goals and objectives.
