Glenn's extensive background in complex technical solutions and hands-on experience with Ford hybrid cars and plug-in vehicles contributed to the creation of Key to Kite. Key to Kite was conceptualized in the reality that vehicle-to-grid technology is available and sustainable. In graduate school, Glenn completed his MBA with a concentration in regulated utilities and participated in the breakup of the Bell System. He is confident that competition in power sources can be addressed in the same way using V2G technology. Glenn also has significant political experience. This included participating in the organization of President George H.W. Bush's inauguration. Key to Kite involves elements of technology, power regulation, and both state and federal legislation. Key to Kite addresses one of the biggest issues of our day. This includes cutting carbon emissions and bringing competition into one of our largest regulated industries. Due to the established software standard, vehicle-to-grid cars can work with the electric utilities so that car owners will even get paid for the power they provide.
