Established and developed this marketing solutions agency from the ground up. Directed all facets of business/financial management, including daily operations, marketing, sales, and budgets. Recruited, hired, and supervised a team of 10 full-time employees. Gained access to and negotiated contracts directly with C-level executives by drawing on talent for navigating large organizations.

Directed Tower leasing sales and provided operational leadership for the East Region. Charged with short and long-term business planning and execution. Oversaw national account relationships with wireless carriers headquartered along the East Coast. Provided leadership for two offices in Atlanta and New Jersey, leading 8 direct and 12 indirect reports.

In this startup environment, opened a new district office while building a top performing sales team and developing a customer base. Recruited, trained, and coached 10 Account Executives covering eight sales territories across the New York metro market.
