Directed programs that provide Navy Federal with a new teller system, modernized member communication system, and a more convenient way for members to make payments. The final implementations will be rolled out to approximately 240 branches, impact all electronic communications to members and renovate all systems that members use to transfers or exchanges money.

Created visions and strategies for three Verizon financial vertical solutions. Drove thought leadership for each solution, identified Verizon partners, conducted market research and developed go to market strategies. Led the effort to create Verizon’s Trading Room Service to transition legacy Time Division Multiplexer (TDM) turrets and recording device to IP enabled devices, manage trading room operations and provide transport for the trading room IP traffic. 5 year revenue $238,000,000. Drove enrichment of Verizon’s Mergers & Acquisition practice to include 14 additional services. The changes are estimated to provide Verizon additional $100,000,000 of revenue over 5 years.  Created Verizon’s Technology Installation Service that installs all banking technologies into Verizon’s customer’s branches. 5 year revenue projection $55,000,000.

Managed $15m portfolio of projects that delivered functional, business process technical infrastructure changes to improve sampling and fraud detection of loans.• Led the corporate wide PMO strategic effort to investigate ways to improve performance of Freddie Mac’s securities, resulting in $50m 2008 multi-year strategic project. • Negotiated two multi-million dollar contracts with service providers to provide additional loan underwriting capabilities and increase ability to detect fraudulent loans.Led technology and business process integration team to deliver enterprise-wide technology programs in support of Freddie Mac’s new market introductions. Managed development budget of $29m. • Implemented and enhanced process and systems that supported Freddie Mac’s Whole Loan REMIC program, 40 Year Mortgage and 27 other new offerings, providing Freddie Mac and their customers with additional products and increased flexibility with investments.Managed the delivery of all technology needs for Freddie Mac’s Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS), Collateralized Mortgage Obligation (CMO), Security Clearance & Settlements and loan pricing departments.• Led the $12m effort to redesign Freddie Mac’s MBS and CMO applications, resulting in greater flexibility and saving of hundreds of man-hours per month. • Implemented $10m project that combined multiple mortgage pricing applications, allowing Freddie Mac to provide its customers a consistent price for mortgages across divisions.• Implemented externally mandated enhancements to Freddie Mac’s public disclosed CMO and MBS information which provided increased data about Freddie Mac securities to the public.• Delivered 36-month technology vision, including technology road map, projected staffing levels, project costing and integration plans that ensured projects would support the strategic vision.• Implemented $13m redesign of the bulk loan purchase program allowing Freddie Mac to increase its flexibility of bulk purchases.
