As an accomplished Construction Superintendent, I have strong success developing and leading multi-million dollar commercial, institutional and industrial projects of varying size and complexity. Throughout my career, I have served as Field Superintendent, Project Manager and Estimator for projects of varying scope, size and cost. In each role, I successfully interacted with civic officials, contractors and vendors to significantly reduce pre-construction timelines and proactively eliminate unnecessary delays and issues. I have been involved in projects including retail distribution centers, multi-use commercial sites, community centers, government manufacturing, restaurants and financial institutions.
