The snapshot:Glenn plays a vital role within the tendering and project management of bulk earthworks and large industrial and construction projects for TRN Group. Glenn is a regular attendee to international trade shows, such as the "ConExpo" in Las Vegas and Bauma in Munich Germany to ensure TRN is across industry developments, trends and new construction techniques. He has also been personally invited by Caterpillar to inspect their manufacturing plant in Japan and the USA.The longer version:Established more than 45 years ago, TRN Group has two major arms – the first being civil engineering and infrastructure projects, the other being in haulage.TRN has grown to employ more than 230 staff - many of them having been employed continuously for twenty or more years. TRN encourages internal promotion to ensure that the talents and specialised skills of these employees are retained for the medium to long term.The company has a long tradition of personalised service and maintains a large fleet of high-specification vehicles.
