Created a morale lifting, policy shaping internal communications tool in the form of a daily cartoon that lampooned life at sea aboard one of the Navy's capital ships. The cartoon accompanied the principle aspect of this assignment, which was the creation of a daily plan that balanced competing requirements for 18 unique departments totaling 5,500 people.
