The consulting projects I am involved in usually involve researching and analyzing new business ventures or are related to overall operations improvements. Most recent consulting project included research, analysis, modeling and strategy activities to help shape the foundation of a new company. The company intends to develop production and marketing nationwide in an 18 to 24 month time frame. This work involved researching various manufacturing and marketing alternatives, strategic partners and funding requirements to achieve the company’s mission.
