Provided reporting expertise and related services for ICE’s Law Enforcement Systems Analysis Statistical Tracking Unit including data modeling, report development, data validation and delivery preparation of reporting products. Developed data governance and data management for ICE reference data sharing with internal and external partners.

Performed data analysis of multiple Project Portfolio Management (PPM) data sources and implemented a data mart to support reporting and analytics for a large credit union. Activities included requirements gathering and verification, data modeling, ETL design, validation and documentation.

Established enterprise reporting tools for corporate applications including Financial Systems, Human Resources, and Project Management. Designed and implemented self-help reporting tools and solutions for business owners in an effort to eliminate manual and ad hoc reporting requests allowing the business to focus on other, high value activities.Key Achievements:• Instrumental in implementing a reporting and multidimensional analytics platform (Cognos, Business Objects, MS Analysis Services, and Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server) for AOL’s Human Resources Workforce Analytics group.
