    I supervised a team of 8 to 10 editors and translators in the production of English-language books on China's economy, history, and culture. Enrich Professional Publishing produced more than 50 titles per year at that time. I also served as copy editor on these titles. The majority of the books produced by Enrich Professional Publishing were academic in nature and produced in very close cooperation with educational institutions in Mainland China (Renmin University of China and Tsinghua University).I also edited new and existing titles to ensure that grammar and style standards were being met, and I developed, updated, and maintained an internal style guide to supplement our existing ones (Chicago and AP).I held a weekly editorial training and discussion session with staff, and I worked with local primary and secondary school students on a volunteer basis every week for nearly 2 years.During my time at Enrich Professional Publishing, I developed and immediately implemented a plan to bring translation efforts in-house and away from external service providers in Mainland China. I also constructed, in collaboration with senior and junior team members, more than a dozen scored and unscored nursing specialty certification examinations per year. I facilitated or co-facilitated more than a dozen 3-day or 2-day meetings per year during which Subject Matter Experts (SME) edited and reviewed thousands of items in a group setting in order to produce the new nursing specialty certification examinations.I was the lead facilitator of multiple, 2-day quality assurance meetings with the Chairs of the SME panels each year, or during each examination's production cycle.As an editor, I also analyzed statistics, including each nursing specialty certification examination item's historical data, in preparation for each examination's score setting meeting during which the examination's scoring criteria would be determined.
