Cross-trained in representing the needs of tenants, initiating landlord/developer strategies, and knowing the underlying financial impact of real estate decision making, Glenn brings a unique set of skills to each assignment. He was instrumental in securing the marketing and leasing assignment from Sumitomo Corporation of America for Miami Tower, a 47-story, landmark office tower in downtown Miami. Transwestern was retained to lease Miami Tower in January 2017 when the building was 80.8 percent occupied. The team increased the building’s occupancy rate to 94.2 percent in 21-months, which significantly outpaced the downtown Miami office market’s average Class A occupancy, which was then 78.3 percent.

Glenn originally founded GSQ Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (GSQ CRE) as a commercial tenant representation company and brokerage firm representing the commercial real estate interests of occupiers/tenants in the State of Florida. Today GSQ CRE does not provide real estate services itself; rather, its purpose is to serve as a holding (administrative) company for Glenn's business interest.

Formed in August 2012, Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Alliance was an independently owned and operated commercial real estate services company within the CBC Global network. Headquartered in New York City, the firm had six offices located across the country in New York, Miami, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Denver, Los Angeles, and Irvine; future locations were to include Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, and Washington DC. With over $1 billion in closed transactions and over eight million square feet under management, CBC Alliance was ranked in the top five CBC companies globally. CBC Alliance was sponsored by Sutherland Asset Management Corporation, a privately held REIT (Sutherland REIT) managed by its investment manager, Waterfall Asset Management.Sutherland REIT is a real estate finance company that acquires, originates, manages and finances commercial loans and to a lesser extent, asset-backed securities and other real estate-related investments. Some of his responsibilities included working closely with senior leadership to establish the firm’s local corporate infrastructure and grow the company’s presence in the South Florida region.

Jones Lang LaSalle, now JLL is a global professional services firm that specializes in commercial real estate services and investment management. Glenn was an Executive Vice President at the Miami office of JLL, where he specialized in tenant representation and agency leasing. He also co-chaired the Miami Office Leadership Team, and was a member of the company’s national law firm practice group.Glenn assisted the asset services team in securing the leasing and management listing for Southeast Financial Center – 1.2M SF Class-A office building, and independently secured the marketing and leasing listing for 600 Brickell – Brickell World Plaza, a “new to market” 631,866 SF Class-A Tier 1+ office building; both properties located within the Miami CBD.During his tenure at Jones Lang LaSalle he was recognized as a top producer in 2011, 2012, and 2013.

Cushman & Wakefield is a global commercial real estate services company. Mr. Gregory held a senior position at Cushman & Wakefield’s Miami office where he specialized in tenant representation and agency leasing. Primary responsibilities included the marketing and leasing of Southeast Financial Center - 1.2M SF Class-A office building located within the Miami CBD.

Glenn co-founded and led AFA Real Estate Services, Inc., a boutique commercial real estate company and brokerage firm created to oversee the marketing and leasing of a 1.1M square foot portfolio of Class-A office buildings (i.e. 801 Brickell, 1221 Brickell, and Brickell Bay Office Tower) located within the Miami CBD, and to develop and service tenant representation accounts within the South Florida office market.

Glenn co-founded and led Parmenter Gregory Group, a boutique commercial real estate company and brokerage firm where he specialized in tenant representation serving the South Florida office market.

Glenn co-founded and led Langhorne Gregory Associates (LGA), a boutique commercial real estate company and brokerage firm where he specialized in tenant representation on a local, regional, and national basis.LGA was the Miami affiliate for ICRS, predecessor to GVA Worldwide an international commercial real estate organization of independent commercial real estate services firms serving 120 business capitals on five continents.

First Commercial Realty Brickell Associates (FCR) was a commercial real estate company and brokerage firm; an affiliate of the Adler Group, Inc. Glenn was a senior associate at FCR where his primary responsibility was to assist with the marketing and leasing of 1221 Brickell, a “new to market” 395,395 SF Class-A office building located within the Miami CBD, and to develop/service tenant accounts on a local, regional, and national basis.FCR was the Miami affiliate for ICRS, predecessor to GVA Worldwide an international commercial real estate organization of independent commercial real estate services firms serving 120 business capitals on five continents.

Glenn began his career in the commercial real estate industry at ComReal Miami, a commercial brokerage firm located in Miami, Florida. Mr. Gregory specialized in tenant representation; the Miami CBD was his assigned territory.
