Responsible for the installation and deployment of the RMM tool.Server & Workstation Deployment / Management: Deployed and configured both physical and virtual Windows servers. Maintained & patched servers via GPO, WSUS and RMM tools. Deployed and configured Microsoft Windows desktops. Deployment methods included manual configuration, imaging and GPO/Scripting. Maintained & patched desktops via GPO, WSUS, RMM tools and 3rd party applications. Installed & configured Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007/2010 for on premise clients. Install, configured & maintained client's in office infrastructure.Virtualization/Server Consolidation: Migrated clients from physical Windows 2003/2008 R2/2003 SBS servers to virtualized Windows 2008 R2/2012 R2/2008 SBS servers. Virtual hosts were both VMwares ESXi and Microsoft's Hyper-V.Cloud Migration/Hosted Solutions: Migrated on premise Exchange systems (5 to 300 seats) to hosted providers, including migration of user's local profiles. Configured & managed hosted anti-spam for over 5,000 endpoints.
