Consistently exceeding company goals in managing costs while achieving profit margins of 30%. Examples: ~ IT Transformation success includes leading Verizon Wireless in consolidation of 7 network operation centers across the country down to 2 (East Coast & West Coast) as the result of several mergers. Established a Project Management Office (PMO) to oversee the operation which was essential in establishing standardized lines of communication, project management methodology, project planning, schedules, costs, risk management, contingency planning, change control, defect tracking, training procedures, and transfer of resource duties from those not being retained.~ Senior PM for Southern Nuclear implementing a customized document management and imaging systems using Documentum to replace the manual process of retention and storage of all nuclear power plant documentation. The needs included imaging capabilities, workflows with multiple approvals, remote retrieval access and, document lifecycle management which has a life of power plant plus 50-years. The medium to retain documents and images had to be easily transformed to another technology over time. ~ Senior PM for Time Warner Telecom implementing a Configuration Management process which entailed the design and development of an auto-provisioning application to capture element attributes and data storage. The objective achieved involved building a “spider” to crawl through the network to read hardware attributes and either load or update the information.

Master Sergeant (Retired)Held Top-Secret clearances and led a “Black Ops” program for the F-15 (Multi-Stage Improvement Program) with the Air Warfare Center at Eglin AFB, FL. Responsible for a $1.2 billion in assets to include, 2 F-15 Eagles, multiple weapon systems, a highly-secure classified lab and equipment. Implemented upgrades to the central computer and weapons systems, including inflight data collection and analysis, multi-aircraft radar signature analysis, central computer programming, static flight testing, live-fire testing and flight logistics management. Production success was achieved and validated through direct involvement of combat operations in Desert Shield/Desert Storm. Served in the US, Canada, England, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Iraq, and Israel.
