Clinic Receptionist
CurrentI am the first point of contact for clients when they enter the clinic, providing them with a personalised experience while maintaining professionalism, addressing their queries(both in person and online) and scheduling appointments. Additionally, my role includes housekeeping tasks and I am asked to handle the animals from time to time. The consistent exposure to new situations and different individuals has allowed for the development of skills such as problem-solving, teamwork and effective communication as I carry out my duties.
