The APAC Technology Community Lead is responsible for producing community wide events and developing support systems that promote a vibrant and engaged technical community presence and identity, both internally and externally across SEEK’s APAC locations.

● Direct Hirer Selection Usage team (2020 – now) - Team and Delivery management, Line Management, Agile coaching, stakeholder management and assisting with recruiting and Delivery Management tasks● Direct Hirer Loyalty Platform team (2019 – 2020) - Team and Delivery management, Line management, workshop inceptions, facilitation, sprint and stakeholder management for a back-end focused delivery team.● Direct Hirer Guaranteed Hire team (2018 – 2019) - Responsible for product and tech analysis, design work and team management, line management and assisting with Delivery Management tasks. ● Hackathon 11 - 15 (2018 - 2020) - Voluntarily Project Managed and lead the last five Hackathons 3-day events run every 6 months.● Talent Search team (2016 – 2017) - Agile Team management and BAU practices for Talent Search Product offering. Leading integrations with key liaison with strategic partners. Recruitment and Delivery Management task assistance. Ongoing delivery of new features and improvements for a large team of 15+.● Moondance project (2015) Project managed a 7 month delivery of a tailored partner (Recruiter) project. Lead integration workshops with partners and SEEK together in a SEEK first. ● Talent Search redesign (2014) - Analysis of existing Talent Search system and leading inceptions for a complete rebuild of the UI to improve the experience for hirers to search across SEEK profiles.● JobSearch team (2013) Working across Jobsearch and Talent Search teams on analysis, running inceptions, testing and optmising search algorithms and general BA/IM tasks to implement a new Search engine within Talent Search.

● SEEK's first Iphone App (2012) - Analysis, workshopping and requirements documentation for an outsourced company with iOS build expertise to deliver SEEK's first iPhone app. ● SEEK Volunteering (2011-2012) - Put together RFI to choose a suitable Vendor to build and manage the engine that will power the ability to find and apply for volunteer opportunities across Australia.

● Lonely Planet website Support (2011) - Lead and co-ordinated key business and development stakeholders with Initiative definitions of new features. Ran Agile workshops, rituals, planning and backlog grooming sessions in the delivery team of developers, UI and QA testers. ● LP Hotels & Hostels Product (2010) - Lonely Planet launched an online hotel and hostel booking service in 2007. As acting Product Owner, led a redesign of the site to improve usability, conversion and aesthetics. Added new features (search widget, search results, filters, hotel detail display) which helped to improve conversion and maintain revenue growth during the GFC.● LP Hotels & Hostels Product (2006-2010) - Core liaison with a UK based company (Softwire) to customise booking engine and develop the online offering. Business rules analysis, functional requirements, use case scenarios, SEO implementation, wireframing and testing. Coordinated the integration between Softwire, Expedia, Hostelworld (and Lonely Planet) which included hotel detail feeds, availability searches, matching of hotels between partners and LP, matching of geographical taxonomy (cities) and a brand and site redesign.

Short term contract position

Contracting with O2 (formerly Viag Interkom) in Munich for 18 months as a Arbor Billing Consultant. Was later approached to return in 2014 for a 6 month contract as a UAT tester.

Focus on Billing systems for DSL customers

Started on the 3 year Graduate program as a Systems Engineer with the Uncle Tobys and then Optus account in Sydney. Spent 3 years working in Australia followed by 12 months consulting in Malaysia working as a Mobile and Billing configuration and programmer specialist. This led to further international consultant projects in Vienna (6 months) and London (18 months).
