Responsible for a global team performing reporting and data analytics for the organization. In my role, I am managing both Unifin employees and an offshore consulting group to deliver inbound and outbound data needs, provide analytics for the business owners, and look for opportunities to improve our processes.We gather data from client data feeds, perform ETL processes to import into our systems, and create queries and reports to provide data and metrics to our internal and external customers. Utilizing Microsoft technologies, the team and I are heavy hands-on users with database queries, stored procedures and SSIS packages to manage the organization's data needs.

Managed software development projects in the Central Reservations Systems group, while serving as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development teams. The projects I managed directly supported Hyatt's Global Contact Center, Marketing and Revenue Management departments, and were critical components in supporting both the growth of Hyatt-affiliated properties as well as redemption options for frequent guests.

I managed the software development team responsible for the support, ongoing maintenance and future feature enhancements for a suite of web-based and mobile applications and websites. These applications reach all of our business stakeholders: internal administration, external customers and the general public.I led the development team through several key initiatives; delivering on time with a high level of quality. In my role I served as the liaison between the technical teams and key stakeholders to deliver quality software products: Executive/Leadership, client/business, external vendors, Customer Care and QA teams. Atlassian-based products (JIRA, Confluence) were used to manage our development sprint cycles in a hybrid Agile environment and Slack for real-time communication among our distributed team members.My group was also responsible for our mobile application products, performing native iOS and Android development. The mobile application reaches thousands of users monthly, generating over $10MM of annual revenue.

EdLink was acquired by EdAssist in August, 2013. A key component of the acquisition was the EdLink software platform (TAMS), as it is positioned as the future-state platform for all EdAssist clients.Responsible for the software development team and a number of initiatives:- Integrating standards software, contracts, personnel, technologies and vendors with EdAssist/Bright Horizons environment- On-boarding new EdAssist clients (including five during our peak busy season). Upgrading legacy EdAssist customers to the former EdLink technical platform continues.

EdLink administers tuition reimbursement programs on behalf of a number of Fortune 500 and Business Process Oursourcing (BPO) clients. We serve clients in the Financial Services, Retail, Energy and Health and Pharmaceutical industries. I was the senior technologist, member of the Leadership Team and reported to the CEO. I was responsible for the overall design, development and support of our web and SaaS-based software platform which supported our internal needs and those of our corporate clients. The overall solution integrates custom (document management), hybrid (content management, reporting) and packaged software (call center, accounting, rules engine) solutions for a best-of-breed application.I was responsible for all technical aspects of our web-based, application software platform including:- system modifications, both new product and client-specific functionality- system and application security- business continuity and disaster recovery- 24x7 availability- future-growth capacity planning- Significant Microsoft T-SQL experience (stored procedures, triggers, performance analysis)In 2009, EdLink received a capital investment that allowed us to rewrite our application, providing a much richer user experience, incorporating new technologies, increased automation, launching a new SaaS-based product offering and delivering business value that was superior to our competitors. Our company was acquired in August 2013 by EdAssist, who will use the technology as their long-term solution.
