My motto has long been, "Since 1989: I go where my clients need me." I rely on repeat and referral business from my loyal clients. I have amassed an extensive database of contractors and other professionals for referral to my clients when they need trusted and reliable service on anything related to real estate. After 20 years with John L. Scott in the Mercer Island Office, I now am affiliated with Champions Real Estates Services and work mostly out of my home office.

Residential sales. For 20 years with JLS in the Mercer Island office, I worked mostly by repeat and referral business. My clients "took me with them" when they moved. As a result, I closed transactions from Seattle to North Bend, Woodinville to Des Moines, and Everett to Puyallup. I even sold a vacant lot in Quilcene, WA on Hood Canal! About half my business was on Mercer Island, and about half was off-Island.
