• Programmed, from scratch, a wireless Internet portal database (My SQL, MS SQL, XML, HTML on a raid Microsoft Enterprise Server 2003), which handled Web Browser Based credit card transactions, subscriber registration and logins.• Remotely monitored and serviced Nomadix Wireless Hotspots and Windows XP Computer Terminals.• Responsible for building this innovative hospitality based company from the ground up, which served the Internet needs of a wide network of hotels and coffee shops through-out LA, requiring the oversight of millions in online and offline transactions.

• Integrated the VxWorks RTOS, writing bootstrap and hardware device drivers onto various x86 platforms and the USG1000 Hotspot prototype.• Programmed a fault tolerant upgrade algorithm for the purpose of remote upgrades.• Made design decisions and worked with engineers in the development of the first prototype Universal Subscriber Gateway (USG).• Performed periodic code reviews together with software engineers to find possible performance improvements and logical errors.• Ported VxWorks onto AMD’s ElanSC400 Wireless Access Point to successfully fulfill DARPA commitments.• Co-wrote DARPA proposal, which would win a one million dollar research grant.
