I have built up my expertise in recruitment marketing with extensive experience in media planning, advertising, search marketing and digital/social media marketing for recruitment projects. Over the course of my career I have developed my strategic thinking, project and people management skills, and continued to broaden my expertise and interpersonal skills as Senior Employer Brand Manager for Amazon.I've always enjoyed the variety my role brings. I could be planning recruitment marketing campaigns one day and then writing feature-length copy for our career website or producing a social media content plan the next. Profiling is a really interesting part of my role, as it gives me the opportunity to not only build relationships with some of the best and brightest people in business, but also bring to life their stories online, in print or as videos - to help attract, recruit and even retain talent. With each promotion, I've been afforded the opportunity to be responsible for the concept, design, and strategy for employer brand activity, while overseeing its activation and management. I have owned the communications workstream for a large-scale transformation program, including the build of careers websites (in various regions), the mapping of candidate journey, development of new content, and more.The work I've either led or been involved in is award-winning and strategic, and I want to continue working on some of the most innovative employer brand projects in the market, in an environment which pushes me to achieve more and offers the flexibility to do it in a way that works for everyone.
