Outside of my professional life, I am a dedicated husband and stepfather to two wonderful children, Elle and Levi. My personal interests are diverse, ranging from a deep passion for travel and tent camping to a love for music and classic cars. While I used to be an avid motorcycle rider, I’ve recently shifted my focus to restoring a '67 Mustang. I’m also honing my skills as a grill master and planning to explore fly fishing soon. Professionally, my sales career began in 2000, spanning various industries including furniture, automobiles, motorcycles, wire & cable, and telecom. My pivotal experience started in 2008 as the Sales Manager for a BMW Motorcycle dealership in Little Rock. This role provided me with invaluable insights into business management and team leadership, shaping my approach to success in every subsequent role. I am particularly passionate about small businesses, appreciating the opportunity they provide to wear multiple hats and work closely with a team to cultivate and refine the company's core values. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with business owners who valued my contributions and recognized my commitment to the success of the organization and its people. I excel in building connections and engaging in meaningful conversations with diverse individuals, thanks to my broad range of interests. I often describe myself as a "jack of all trades, master of none" when it comes to my hobbies, but this versatility has allowed me to relate to people from various backgrounds. My career path is often considered unique, and I attribute much of my progress to the power of networking and the principle of always presenting oneself in the best possible light. Many of my significant career advancements stemmed from serendipitous encounters and relationships built over time. Although I’ve never considered my story particularly extraordinary, I’ve been told it’s both inspiring and motivating. I’m always open to sharing my experiences with those interested in learning more.
