I am responsible for the technical design of high end UC solutions for customers and internal deployments. Also responsible for the technical direction of UC solutions within my region specifically around visual collaboration. Day to day I also manage a team of Senior Sales Engineers ensuring they are up to date on the latest Polycom, Cisco and Microsoft solutions.
