Managed It Communications Plant Operations, RF, Video/Audio Networks, Documentation, Logistics; Strong Project Manager in a matrix environment building highly complex Video/Audio systems including center-wide NTSC to Digital TV transition, Network infrastructure for Super Computing, Conference and Committee Rooms, Teleconference Facilities and commercial intercommunications systems, terrestrial/satellite hybrid uplink. Developed, managed, and reported on the status of project plans, including risks, budgets, schedules, and resources including RFI, RFP, and procurement processes. Managed project budgets and schedules, and communicated progress to external/internal stakeholders. Proactively managed risks, QC/QA and systematically resolved or escalated issues as required. Instituted “best practices” for project management for consistent delivery of projects with quality, designing charge-back business models and levels of service agreements.Key Accomplishments: Skillfully managed myriad network infrastructure upgrade projects sprawling over 80 buildings and serving 4,000+ users. Created, managed, and motivated interdisciplinary teams of federal employees, subcontractors, consultants, and trade contractors to deliver complex, multi-million dollar projects on budget and schedule, achieving 100% client satisfaction.
