A business case for non-invasive hydration monitoring in a Skilled Nursing environment utilizing saliva molality testing technology comprised my Capstone topic.

Worked with Region Management, Finance Manager and Comptroller on operational assessment projects and reviewed proposed programs for Customer presentation and implementation at Asbury Methodist Village CCRC in Gaithersburg and Germantown, MD. Analyzed and refined closeout reporting reconciliation processes of general ledgers for six facilities operating in five states with 13,000 cross-line items. Collaborated closely with controller and executive management to devise and deploy strategic action plans.Key Accomplishments: Implemented strategy and plan for review and analysis of site submissions’ accuracy by line matching with accounting software and SAP. Identified and assessed payroll discrepancies, and developed the reconstruction of reporting practices and compliance review for approved vendors and subcontractors.
