Managing the largest Commercial Theatre Group in Australia, Glenn was responsible for sourcing shows and managing a diverse team charged with creating a first class theatre experience for Production Companies and in excess of 1 million audience members each year. With a team exceeding over 550, Glenn was responsible for the overall management of key business areas including Marketing, Programming, front of house operations and back of house operations across several locations including the Regent, Princess, Comedy and Forum Theatres.

Over 12 years, Glenn held a variety of General Management roles across the Australian and New Zealand arms of the worlds largest ticketing company, culminating in his appointment as Acting CEO Australia and NZ. With Focus on Marketing, Development and Operations, Glenn was responsible for the continued operations of Ticketmaster across the east coast of Australia whilst sucessfully establishing and running the business in Western Australia, South Australia and New Zealand.
