Appointed for a three-year term as one of four External Trustees within the eleven-member board where ultimate responsibility of the Union rested, I extended until a replacement could be found.

Recruited to remediate final stages of a new Operating System implementation due to staff shortages.- Managed and resolved the remediation of a new Windows 8.1 Operating System by the incumbent I.T. provider, successfully rolling out the OS to all Sainsbury’s Bank colleagues.- Influenced and managed Service Management, Solution Architects, Business Representatives and Technical Delivery teams internally and with the parent company to ensure the successful BAU adoption of the operating system within Sainsbury's Bank.- Initiated and delivered a pilot rollout of Office 365 to assess and report on security risks, encryption technologies and suitability for regulated business practices to meet IT Security needs.

Dedicated resource to manage Transitional Service Agreement between RBS and Direct Line Group whilst continuing role as IPP Change Manager.- Acted as primary escalation contact/gatekeeper for all legal and financial aspects of Group Transitional Service Agreement brought by either parties’ Technology or Business areas. - Managed all finances queries and challenges from DLG with regards to annual recharge costs, project costs and asset transfers, working closely with Group Finance for additional support.- Managed the recovery of £xxm annual cost base whilst working closely with dedicated Service Managers and Insurance Divestment teams/senior stakeholders on BAU activities.- Managed asset depreciations, data protection issues and the migration of live services RBS to DLG throughout the divestment phase.

Senior Project Manager covering the RBS side of the Infrastructure Project Portfolio for Direct Line Group.- Managed all Infrastructure Project Portfolio (IPP) funding, resource, planning and relationship requirements for Direct Line Group’s ongoing Business As Usual (BAU) divestment portfolio.- Provisioned 25+ distinct DLG projects requiring RBS resources, managing key Business stakeholder relationships, Business Case submissions, data protection issues, system decommissioning and procurement challenges across DLG.

Delivered and managed the Technology components of Transitional Service Agreement.- Managed the creation, co-ordination and delivery of all Technology, Legal, Commercial and Finance requirements of a £xxm, 3-year formal Transitional Service Agreement for RBS Executive.- Educated Group Legal and third party lawyers on types, capabilities and needs of all RBS technology systems in order to tighten the legal contracts in the favour of RBS.

Direct B2B consultation to Tesco Bank.- Provided on demand Business Programme Management and Technology Consultancy to Tesco Bank Life and Home Insurance Operations.- Managed existing project issues, risks, delivery plans and supplier relationships whilst reviewing future project requirements and feasibilities.

Managed and successfully delivered Telephony capability for new Call Centres, DR and WAR sites.- Recruited additional resources into existing internal and 3rd party programme teams to deliver 3,000+ seat Cisco Voice and Application Telephony capability into new, geographically dispersed Banking, Motor and Home Insurance Operations Centres. - Managed internal and third party Test, Application Development and Desktop providers to ensure delivery to tight timescales.- Delivered additional DR and WAR sites against aggressive timelines whilst migrating live telephony services from to new Cisco and Verint Call Recording enabled internal call centres.

Managed all technology components of divestment from The Royal Bank of Scotland to Tesco Stores.- Created audit/analysis teams to review all systems and services used within the Royal Bank of Scotland in order to migration, replicate or replace those systems in Tesco Stores.- Managed the creation and migration of all core TPF and Tesco Compare infrastructures, assets, services and data including File and Print, Exchange, Citrix Remote Access, XenApp and PKI Infrastructures from RBS plc to Tesco Stores plc. - Managed all LAN and WAN connectivity provisions and all technology fit-outs including desktop and Cisco Telepresence within new Global HQ, reporting on £13.8m of combined Year 1 budget.Managed the technology separation and migration of all core technologies from RBS including core Tesco Stores infrastructure builds, the technology fit out and commissioning of new global headquarters, initial IT fitout programmes for new Banking and Insurance buildings and provision of primary technology security and risk consultancy.
