The Fabularium is a company of outdoor theatre artists that specialise in live storytelling theatre using music, puppetry and mask work. The Fabularium performs on a Medieval-style pageant wagon and smaller wooden haycart stages. The company came into being with a first commission for the Coventry Mysteries Festival in 2010. I founded Spike Theatre in 1993 and directed all of the company’s work until moving on 2009. (Level 2): Page to Stage, Physical Theatre, Devising. (Level 3): Directing, Final Performance. In 1996, I designed and wrote the Physical Theatre module and delivered this for 6 years. I also contributed additional teaching, workshop delivery and directing for various modules across all 3 years of the undergraduate course.
