U.S. market leader for Prudential Financials Pension Risk Transfer business.Glenn has helped numerous large U.S. plan sponsors evaluate, price and structure the most significant pension settlement agreements in the U.S. marketplace.Glenn led the development and implementation of the first pension buy-in transaction in the United States and in 2012, he and his team successfully executed two of the largest pension annuity transactions in the U.S. marketplace.Glenn also spearheaded the development of Prudential’s participation in the international longevity reinsurance market, wherein Prudential has achieved over $85 billion in transactions since 2011.Today, Glenn actively works with large plan sponsors and advisors across all sectors of the economy on issues related to merger & acquisition, activist investor, small balance transaction, asset-in-kind transfers and plan terminations. Beyond his Pension Risk Transfer responsibilities, Glenn also leads new business and transactions for Stable Value, Structure Settlements and Bank Owned Life Insurance businesses.Glenn started his career at the Actuarial Consulting firm of Kwasha Lipton.
