Even when the result is a favorable ruling, construction litigation can be particularly disruptive, expensive, and time consuming. As a result, where appropriate, Glennon works with clients and the other project representatives to achieve a business or quasi-legal resolution short of litigation. Glennon leads a client service team that handles commercial transactions for a global technology company and has negotiated a wide variety of agreements including technology development, supply, distribution, marketing, quality assurance and inventory financing agreements, as well as agreement terminations.Glennon's work often involves gov't regulations, as well as industry/consensus standards.
