He has worked with lawyers across the country in multiple-firm cooperative approaches, including the consolidation of dozens of cases.Glennon’s construction experience includes commercial, industrial, and municipal projects, including one of the largest mass transit systems, the nation’s largest cement plant, power plants, and fiber-optic cable relocation. This work includes bond, contract, defect, delay, lien, and supply/procurement claims. Even when the result is a favorable ruling, construction litigation can be particularly disruptive, expensive, and time consuming. As a result, where appropriate, Glennon works with clients and the other project representatives to achieve a business or quasi-legal resolution short of litigation. Glennon leads a client service team that handles commercial transactions for a global technology company and has negotiated a wide variety of agreements including technology development, supply, distribution, marketing, quality assurance and inventory financing agreements, as well as agreement terminations.Glennon's work often involves gov't regulations, as well as industry/consensus standards.
