Glenn Onstad serves as Chief Audit Executive for Better Home and Finance Holding Company. He brings 30 years of internal audit, risk and finance experience, with emphasis in the mortgage industry since 2004.Glenn previously served in various internal audit leadership positions, including Chief Audit Executive for The Mr. Cooper Group as well as Ocwen Financial Corporation. He also has served as a Senior Audit Director for Capital One and SVP, Governance, Risk and Control for Bank of America. Before entering the mortgage and financial services industry in 2004, Glenn served in internal audit and financial leadership roles in the consumer products, regulated electric utility, telecommunication and public accounting industries. Glenn earned both M.B.A. and B.B.A. degrees from University of Texas, Arlington, and holds CPA, CIA, CISA, and CMA credentials. . He is also a recipient of the Certificate of Excellence from the IIA.
