Financial responsibility of $8M capital and $2M expense with a direct reporting staff of 10.• Accountable for the relocation of a national data centre to Toronto, including vendor management, data centre design, project management, budgeting, scheduling and testing.• Managed the deployment, implementation, and on-going support model of new infrastructure due to an office facility expansion, resulting in a $100k annual savings and increased network capacity and reliability for 350+ individuals.• Designed fibre LAN infrastructure and WAN connectivity for 350+ individuals in light of new infrastructure requirements following the relocation of the JJMP data centre.
