Support and administer all aspects of the change management environment and production environment. I was responsible for implementation and support of Development QA, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Production. At the height of the project, the Production user base was 4000+ users. Plan and coordinate project software.

Supervise a team of engineers in the conversion of 8,000+ workstations to Microsoft Exchange. This project involved traveling to other AT&T locations across the US, with a team, to combine disparate AT&T LANs to one unified WAN.
