I am the owner of Zoom Display Ltd, Mirage Display Ltd and ayble UK Ltd. I manage our production, admin and sales teams with a focus on exceeding the expectations of customers. I want every customer to be proud and enjoy using each marketing event stand that we make for them. A happy customer is a returning customer! So I am constantly working on fine tuning and improving the processes that we use. My aim is to make sure we engage customers, have the most efficient internal workflows, build the best relationships with the best suppliers and most importantly make sure every display that leaves our company door is the best it can be.Why three companies you might ask? Zoom Display was established in 2001 and after a period of success and growth we bought Mirage Display in 2012. The expansion of our client base meant more resources to make every customer had access to the best exhibition and display stand products available. Towards the end of 2020 we had a fantastic opportunity to become the sole UK distributor for the ayble modular exhibition stand. The ayble system offers customers the chance to use a sustainable, re-usable, premium German engineered exhibition system. ayble removes the headaches and worry that many people have when planning their events and marketing displays. A 10 year guarantee gives peace of mind that every customer can have using the ayble system to promote their products and services at any event they attend.So if you deal with Zoom Display, Mirage Display or ayble , everything comes from our production facility, with the same focus on high quality branding, portability and ease of use.Each customer that we work with will have their own unique requirements and we are used to this! Whether the order is for a simple backdrop or a bespoke exhibition stand that is touring Europe, no customer or order is the same. We help every customer to find the best display solution for their event branding requirements. Sounds simple, but with so many variables and options available my 25 years of experience helps to find the best solution each time.My daily skills include business development, project management, customer service, team support, sales team management, team motivation, solution finder and sometimes exhibition stand installer!

Identifying and developing relationships with the best suppliers has been crucial to our success. So a lot of my time is spent working alongside our suppliers to make sure we have unique products and services that are important to the success of our customers' live events and branding.Then we have our busy periods I can often be found helping pack orders in the warehouse or installing exhibition stands on-site - whatever is needed to help make sure we deliver on time when leadtimes are tight.
