I started with Total Merchant Services in March of 2013 as a customer care agent. This position involved providing excellent customer service experience to Merchants via phone and written communication. In September of 2013 I was promoted to customer care lead and was able to impart the knowledge i learned to new agents as they provided customer service to our merchants. As Customer care lead I was tasked with teaching and coaching the customer care agents, handling escalated issues, quality control, and completion of other tasks with various departments across the organization. In March 2015 I became the Jr. Compliance Analyst. This opportunity involved completion of Payment Card Industry assessments for merchants, written responses to complaints, and other associated tasks.
