I effectively communicated to clients regarding their rights, law and policy, confidentiality, and case specifics. I was required to investigate and evaluate and individual’s living and financial situation to make determinations for administrative order establishment, enforcement, modifications, payment plans and other legal actions. I have used a variety of tools and resources to locate information, individuals and the assets of non-custodial parents. I frequently consulted and worked with Child Support staff attorneys and family law prosecutors. in January 2013, I became the Tribal Team Lead without a transition period and with little guidance. I spent considerable time reviewing applicable law, policy and agreements. I quickly began to identify areas and actions that deviated from policy. I identified errors in debt calculation, payment processing, and compliance with applicable agreements. I documented the concerns, provided potential solutions and assisted in reaching appropriate corrections. My final project that spanned my last two years was to create a SharePoint site as a repository of expertise, proper procedures, resource guides and contact information. In my annual evaluations I always exceeded expectations.
