Glenn is currently leading Zavior in the regulations and cyber security sector, with the aim of helping small, medium, and enterprise businesses become compliant in personal data protection (PDPA) and information security, as well as obtain ISO and local regulatory certifications.In addition, Glenn serves as a board member for several industry-led trade organisations, where he contributes to community building and provides expertise in technical and business-driven solutions. These organisations include the Singapore Digital Chamber of Commerce (SGDCC), the International IP Commercialisation Council (IIPCC) Singapore, and Brands For Good Asia.Previously, Glenn held the position of Presale and Solution Architect Director at [Tessaract.io](http://tessaract.io/), a Series A startup. In this role, he worked with Professional Services firms in various sectors such as Legal, Accounting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Financial Services. His responsibilities included bridging the gap between technical and business requirements, conducting initial technical scoping, and driving sales efforts. He was also heavily involved in product direction, development, and implementation delivery for potential clients.Before that, Glenn worked in the Ventures and Corporate Innovation space, where he served as an experienced Corporate Innovation Specialist and Facilitator. In this capacity, he enabled corporates and government agencies to collaborate with startups. Glenn facilitated workshops with corporates, focusing on building a culture of innovation by identifying innovation champions within organisations, utilising design thinking, and extracting problem statements and business strategies. He also led the curation of various innovation programs in industries such as Cybersecurity (with the Cyber Security Agency of Singapore), Built Environment/Construction (with the Building And Construction Authority), and Real Estate/Facilities Management (with Capitaland, formerly Ascendas-Singbridge). In addition, Glenn acted as a consultant and mediator in negotiations for project/product scoping between management, technical, and business personnel.
