I'm helping create some new data entry forms in their Access DB. Also, they use a software package called Audacity. They will train me how to use this tool. Free open source software for recording and editing sounds. It is available for Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, and other operating systems. Lastly, responsible for keeping Newsline updated.ABLE’s mission is to provide alternative ways for people with print disabilities to read. We transcribe material into braille or audio formats for blind, visually impaired and print disabled people.

Reviewed the software requirements, design specifications, test protocol’s and plan’s, and test cases. Participated in C++ code reviews. Executed test cases and entered defects into HP Quality Center. Validated all output using Adobe Reader. Tested software on Windows XP and Windows 7. Documented all test results with print screens. Improved software quality by unearthing multiple report defects for this client where blank reports were being generated. Also, clicking the support icon crashed the program. Created several automated test scripts using QTP. The scope of this project is to implement uTYPE Dx to customers. The software is an application that processes DNA sequence files for analysis and HLA allele assignment. Files generated from ABI DNA sequencers and sequencing analysis software are imported into HLA typing software for review, editing and HLA assignment by comparison to the IMGT/HLA database. HLA SBT typing software shall be a validated system for clinical use.

At a high-level, the business requirements associated with the upgrading the deposit origination processes. The goal of testing effort in preparation for rolling out BankerInsight to the M&I enterprise is to certify that all required features are available and meet documented stakeholder business needs. Required features include: • Base functionality of BankerInsight that bankers are currently using in the Indiana region• Customizations that have been added to the base functionality• Interfaces to 3rd party tools

The scope of the Store Transaction Hub project was to create an architecture to receive and broadcast real-time store sales data.Identify and write test cases from functional and system specifications. Coordinated and consolidated requirements changes made in other software applications through HP Quality Center. Used QPasa! to access XML files in MQ Series and then query sales audit table against XML files. Created several automated test scripts using QTP. This project was put on hold for expense reasons.

The scope of the Edge project was to create a Web-based application for agents to submit and maintain commercial insurance claims. QC: Reviewed specification documents containing requirements, user interfaces, and business process flows. Created test cases using test matrix. Assured the Web-based application could successfully interface with a mainframe policy management system.BA: Created 25 coverage special requirements documents and created a centralized Sharepoint location where all important coverage information would reside simultaneously. Documented all important information, including coverage descriptions, underwriting rules, rating rules, data to be rated, rating algorithm, and document rules. Also, had internal coverage walkthroughs with other BAs and SMEs.The scope of the ISO Get Current project was to update forms, rules, and rates for their Auto, Garage, General Liability, and Umbrella lines. QC: Developed a test plan, and completed walkthrough with QC managers and other team members. Designed a standard test case matrix to store test cases for the affected lines of business. Attended requirements walkthroughs, reviewed requirements, and created test cases. Executed test cases and documented test results. Entered defects when found and re-tested after fix was implemented by developer. Discovered several significant code defects where the wrong auto insurance rate was being used, impacting the premium revenue for this client.

Worked with business and information technology teams throughout the requirements, design, coding, testing, and install phases to ensure JD Edwards (JDE) changes were implemented successfully for their Canada and Puerto Rico locations, and for Direct Source, a Web-based order application. Assisted test lead performing system and regression testing. For all payroll, invoicing, general ledger, and accounts receivable program changes to JDE OneWorld. Create SQL scripts to verify all test data in the tables. Use MS Excel/pivot tables to filter query results and totals. Also identified multiple payroll and invoicing defects with this client, reducing customer support issues.

Performed client acceptance testing for TNC/PPA, a large system integration project. Including end-to-end, system, and regression testing. Reviewed system integration requirements and technical documents. Entered all defects into a Web-based defect tracking tool. Verified defects once programming changes were completed. Increased software quality by finding over 60 defects for this client.
