Managed area consisting of Boston, New York (including New York Multifamily Finance [MF]), Washington, D.C., and Chicago. Led team of 15 relationship managers with approximately $16 billion in total balance-sheet exposure and $8 billion in customer deposits. Worked with client base consisting of private CRE owners, operators, and developers, and local CRE funds. Managed team through substantial reorganization (with two phases that occurred in March and June 2021) via positive communication, thoughtful portfolio reassignments, and passionate management of impacted associates.

Managed area consisting of Boston and New York (excluding New York MF), as well as Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., New Orleans, Texas, and California. Supervised team of 18 relationship managers with approximately $12 billion in total balance-sheet exposure and $5.6 billion in customer deposits. Worked with client base consisting of private CRE owners, operators, and developers and local CRE funds.

Played critical interim leadership role for CRE organization for 15 months while new leader secured for CRE. Continued core responsibilities as head of regional CRE, contributing approximately one-third of overall revenues of CRE. Worked with commercial bank leadership team in providing leadership guidance to CRE. Completed speaker engagements, including regional town halls, quarterly financial updates, and quarterly CRE update to OCC. Oversaw 2019 CRE Leadership Conference in February 2019, with 250 CRE associates and partners attending

Oversaw and managed core area to include Boston and New York (excluding New York MF), as well as Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., New Orleans, Texas, and California. Ran entire region’s platform, with overall responsibilities that included developing various regional growth strategies, as well as providing leadership to CRE RMs to build resilient profitable relationships by delivering entire bank platform to clients (i.e., loan, treasury, capital markets, agency, and other products and services).

Assumed expanded responsibilities in 2012 to run CRE Mid-Atlantic Region, including New Jersey through Washington, D.C., with overall responsibilities that included developing various regional growth strategies, as well as providing leadership to CRE RMs to build resilient profitable relationships by delivering entire bank platform to clients (i.e., loan, treasury, capital markets, agency, and other products and services).

Recruited in June 2008 to open new CRE office in Philadelphia (including Delaware market) and assumed management of existing New Jersey office.
