I was an Integral team member to the Windows Image Acquisition (Wia) during the Windows XP ship cycle.Developed and executed test plans designed to detect and detach code defects in software drivers, using software debuggers and advanced troubleshooting techniques. I worked closely with developers to improve user interface and end user experience by increasing software functionality/stability.
